After years of attending and hosting events where the drinks felt like an afterthought, I knew there was space for something more intentional. I didn’t just want to serve drinks—I wanted to serve moments. Moments where people gather, celebrate, laugh a little louder, and feel a little freer.

As someone who values warmth, creativity, and good energy, I built this business with the idea that a drink isn’t just a beverage—it’s a bridge. Between friends, family, new memories, and unforgettable nights. Whether it’s a wedding, a backyard birthday, or a wild bachelorette weekend, I believe every event deserves a beautiful bar experience that feels curated and personal.

​​Step One: Reach Out
Ready to plan your party? Just fill out our [Inquiry Form] or send us an email to share your vision. Then, you can schedule a call so we can chat and start creating your perfect bar setup.

Step Two: Custom Quote
Using the details from your inquiry and/or our consultation call, we’ll craft a personalized package and provide a clear, tailored quote for your review.

Step Three: Secure Your Date
Love what you hear and see? We’ll send a service agreement contract and a deposit invoice. Once both are done, your date is officially booked with You Are Better Buzzed Bartending!
Step Four: Event Questionnaire
About 1–2 months before your event or (sooner if you’re booking closer to the date), we’ll send a quick questionnaire to get your final details—like drink preferences, guest count, and any special requests. If you’ve booked a cocktail tasting, the fun starts here!

Step Five: Final Consultation
As the big day gets closer, we’ll hop on a final call to go over all the details, answer any last-minute questions, and make sure everything is ready to go. We love this part—it’s when the vision truly starts to come together!

Step Six: Cheers to You!
We’ll arrive about two hours early to set up and make sure everything’s perfect. When it’s time to serve, just sit back, sip, and enjoy—your guests are in great hands with Better Buzzed!
